Tutor Biography
Constance Höfer is the founder and CSO of DMPKORE, an independent consultancy specializing in discovery and early pre-clinical ADME/DMPK strategy issues and the provision of ADME/DMPK training courses.
Before setting up DMPKORE, Dr. Höfer headed Discovery in vitro ADME at Solvay Pharma, Germany, and later a Development in vitro DMPK laboratory at Merck KGaA. Prior to appointments in the pharmaceutical industry, Dr Höfer held post-doctoral research posts in Trondheim, Norway and Cambridge, UK, and also worked for the Norwegian Medicines Control authority as a Scientific Advisor. Dr. Höfer received her BSc at the University of Manchester, UK and was awarded her Ph.D. at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, UK.
