Protein Array Technologies and Applications
This course will be held prior to the Advances in Microarray Technology Conference.
The course will be suitable for scientists, technicians and engineers that plan to start miniaturized multiplexed imunoassays to analyze protein expression in body fluids and cell and tissue lysates. The focus will be on focused protein profiling approaches using reverse phase arrays or multiplexed sandwich immunoassays. The course will provide general protocols and will be discussing pitfalls and problems.
