Protein Array Technologies and Applications

This course will be held prior to the Advances in Microarray Technology conference.

Course Tutor: Oliver Pötz

The course is designed for scientists, technicians and engineers that plan to start miniaturized multiplexed immunoassays to analyze protein expression in body fluids and cell and tissue lysates. The focus will be on targeted protein profiling approaches using reverse phase arrays or multiplexed sandwich immunoassays. The course will provide general protocols and pitfalls and problems will be discussed.
