Identification of novel cancer targets using a rapid, high-content, genome wide RNAi screen

Presenters: Dr Andrew Goulter, Senior Application Scientist and Mr Jason Mundin, Head of Screening

In this example TTP LabTech demonstrate how a high-throughput, high-content based approach can be used to rapidly screen an entire genome for novel oncology targets. It is a well known fact that there is a high attrition rate throughout the drug discovery process, therefore the ability to identify high quality hits is essential in order to maximise the chances of developing new and successful therapeutics. TTP LabTech describes how this information can be accessed quickly, easily and cost effectively either by in-house data generation or via outsourcing.
