Overview

This SelectBIO Conference brings together the innovations and clinical translation activities in the Organoids and Organs-on-Chips fields, circa 2022 and bring the key opinion leaders and thought leaders in the field from around the world for an intensive 2-days of scientific presentations, networking as well as engagement with companies developing innovations in tools and technologies in this expanding space.

This conference brings together researchers from both academia and industry, and will discuss the development of techniques and tools implemented in the study and analysis of 3D-Culture, Organoids and Organs-on-Chips systems.

Topics to be covered include 3D-cell based screening methods, high content screening and analysis, the use of model systems and novel approaches for physiologically-relevant analysis of cell systems and the approaches to clinical translation.

Each conference attendee receives full access to the co-located tracks enabling lots of scientific engagement, networking with peers from related fields for partnering, business development and networking.

The conference is composed of presentations from leading academics, industry participants as well as companies in the tools and technology spaces as a means to provide a complete picture of this expanding field.

SelectBIO are honored to welcome Professor Peter Ertl as Conference Chairperson.

The conference is held on-site in Boston as a regular conference with on-site participants and proof of vaccination against COVID-19 is required to attend the event on-site.

Agenda Topics

  • Building Organoids from Various Tissue Classes (Brain, Gut, Lung, etc.)
  • High-Content Analysis and Phenotypic Screening and Analysis in 3D-Culture, Organoids and Organs-on-Chips Model Systems
  • Organ-on-a-Chip/Body-on-a-Chip Assembly using Microfluidics: Tools and Approaches
